Our verdict

Grsync is useful if you want to use the capabilities of rsync but choose options in a window. A reusable task and simulation can make recurring copy actions clear. Especially for a fixed transfer between two folders that fits well.

The interface does not change what syncing does. A deletion option can also remove valuable files on the destination. Therefore, check the direction and try a small folder first. For real backups with multiple recovery points you need additional equipment or other software. Use Grsync especially for clearly defined copy and synchronization tasks that you can judge yourself.
