Handwritten notation works best when you enter characters clearly and consistently. Check the recognized notes, rhythms and size layout before orchestrating. A readable handwriting for a person is not always interpreted exactly the same by recognition software.

Test the combination of pen, screen and device before starting a major project. Save intermediate versions of a score. The sound rendering helps to assess, but does not replace all the choices that real musicians make in performance.
