You get a correction for crash at random playback and additional synthesizer support.

Qmmp 2.4.2 fixes a crash on startup with shuffle. OPL3 synthesis has been added for suitable WildMIDI versions. Construction warnings have also been addressed.

Qmmp fits well if you have a folder with music and especially want to listen. The compact buttons and playlists keep the playback central. You don't need to set up an account or a complete online library.

For the extensive cataloging of a large collection, a library player is often clearer. Choose Qmmp when you like the classic operation and organise your own folders. When installing, pay attention to the available audio outputs and plug-ins. This prevents you from assigning a missing format to the player while only missing part of your package.
