Portal 2

Portal 2 uses portals, motion and environment objects to build puzzles. You can play a storytelling campaign and a separate cooperative series with two players.

The game was paid through Steam. Check platform support with the current Steam client, especially on modern Macs.

The puzzles ask you to make connections between position, movement and available surfaces. Take a look at a space before placing portals. A solution often uses not only distance, but also the speed and direction with which you move through a passageway.

In cooperation mode, clear communication about who performs which action helps. Save the progress via your normal gaming environment and check which language and input settings you want to use when installing. Online features are not necessary for every part of the game.

Version and updates

Steam manages the game files and available updates. The game version is separate from the version of the Steam client. See the update messages on the game for changes to game rules, cards and compatibility; a download can also only modify support files.
