A team match asks that you not only get to know your own hero, but also the role within the team. Start with a limited number of heroes and pay attention to map overview and collaboration. A change in game balance can affect usual choices.

Online games require a connection and an up-to-date game installation. Check communication and privacy settings before playing with strangers. A lower graphical setting can give more constant performance than the highest image quality on hardware that struggles with busy battles.

Version and updates

Steam manages the game files and available updates. The game version is separate from the version of the Steam client. See the update messages on the game for changes to game rules, cards and compatibility; a download can also only modify support files.
