SysInspector is useful when you want to document a problem before changing settings. An overview of processes, drivers and connections makes an aid question more concrete than just a notification that the computer is slow.
Treat an increased level of risk as a trigger for further investigation. Unknown or unsigned software is not automatically malicious. Just share the log with someone you trust and check what data is in it. For a first quick check, an actual virus scan often remains simpler; this tool is especially useful afterwards.
