Dropbox Sign has your paperwork digitally offered for a signature. For example, you use the web service for agreements that otherwise come back via printing, scanning and email. Check the document and the recipients before sending a request.

Before dispatch, check the final text, signatories and order of the process. An electronic signature step does not correct any error in the agreement. Afterwards, keep the completed documents at an agreed place.
Make clear within an organisation who may send requests and where pending requests are followed. In the case of special documents, you have to assess the required sign form separately. The usability of the service also depends on the limits of your subscription.

You use Dropbox Sign in your browser. For the web environment you do not need to update a separate installation package. Changes to the service may become available without installing a new version.

Sign is useful if you regularly go through the same signing steps. Also keep the final document in your own file and agree on who may send requests within your organisation. Check for special documents which sign form you need; do not just choose them based on ease of use.
