Think about how you will use the result before choosing a format: listening on a phone has different needs from showing a video on a large display. Extracting audio is convenient for spoken material, but converting a low-quality source cannot restore detail that was never present.

A working page in a browser does not guarantee a downloadable file, and websites can change their delivery methods.
