Version 1.2.8 · Open source · Windows · Linux
Gottet is a block puzzle in which complete rows disappear. You try to keep space before the pile reaches the top.
The offered Windows build requires Windows 10 with x64; for Linux, an appropriate Qt package is required. You can also choose a portable Windows package.

With falling blocks, it helps to plan ahead and avoid unreachable holes. A high pile limits the space to spin another piece. Therefore, try an even build-up before you play especially at speed.
The simple game setup allows short sessions without an extensive story or online team. When using a small screen, pay particular attention to the readability of the playing field and the selected keys.
Version and updates
Version 1.2.8. Released 23-07-2026. Version 1.2.8 restores the HiDPI view that only appeared properly after changing the window format. Also fractional screen scaling works better, so that the playing field is correctly drawn at different scale percentages.

Our verdict
Gottet fits a short puzzle break without an extensive game world. You're mostly practicing looking ahead and sharing space. The simple design makes the operation easy to understand, but offers less variety than a collection of games. Choose the portable package if you want to start without a classic installation.
