Dopamine

With Dopamine you give your own music files a permanent place. You add music directories and then browse through your collection instead of opening separate files each time. That's nice when you have albums on your computer and want to listen to music while working without a streaming subscription.

You put together playlists and adjust the sound with the equalizer. If you want to keep space for your other windows, then use the mini player. The emphasis is on listening and overview: you don't have to put your music collection in an extensive video program.

A well-ordered source directory remains important. Also save your original music files outside the player and check the order of a playlist after you move songs. A library in a music player is not a backup copy of your albums.
