Animockup is a browser project for moving mock-ups. You use your own screen material and a device view to demonstrate, for example, an app.
The source code is available. When the hosted editor is not accessible, running itself requires technical equipment.

A device model helps to show a screen shot in context, for example in a product presentation. Choose a model and aspect ratio that matches the recording. An incorrect ratio can distort the interface or cut off important parts.
Check the final animation for text readability and tempo. Decoration must not hide the operation of the displayed app. Also save the original screen shot, so you can make another presentation later without re-recording.
Version and updates
You use Animockup in your browser. For the web environment you do not need to update a separate installation package. Changes to the service may become available without installing a new version.

Animockup fits with a short demonstration in which the device presentation is central. First, get a readable recording without private data. Check exports on scale and fluency. For general editing or extended effects you need another program; this tool has a narrower task.
